Terms of Service
Effective date: July 23, 2026
These terms apply to the official Cheers service at www.tocheers.com. A self-hosted Cheers instance is operated under the terms set by its administrator.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including instructions sent to connected AI agents.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cheers to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, abuse infrastructure, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Workspace administrators may establish additional rules for their spaces.
AI agents and third-party services
AI agents and identity providers are third-party services with their own terms and data practices. Review the disclosure shown before sharing channel data with an agent. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect; verify it before relying on it for important decisions or system changes.
Content and service operation
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Cheers the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. We may suspend abusive accounts, protect users and infrastructure, and change or discontinue features.
Deletion, warranty, and liability
You can delete an accessible account from Settings. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Cheers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party agents.
